Twine coaches, rejoice! Building patient autonomy is now easier than ever with patient-driven Health Action Plan editing:

With more power than ever to support patients in succeeding with their own health choices, Twine technology enhances coaching work by letting patients follow their curiousity and evolve Health Action Plans in real time. Previously, managing Health Actions was reserved for Twine Coaches only. With this release, patients can join their coaches in owning this process. Now, patients can:
1. Create New Health Actions
2. Choose their Twine Experience
- Set Today screen display preferences
- Edit health action tracking settings
- Increase or decrease health action frequency
- Update goals to become more challenging (or forgiving)
After making changes, patients will be prompted to write a brief note to their coach about the change made. Over time, you might find some coaching pearls, like insight into motivations and values that inspire change:
Twine lets coaches take care with patients. These notes are a perfect chance to follow your patients lead with reflections and questions like "You added a new health action! What values are you expressing when you choose goals like these?" With equal power to set and define their Twine Health Action Plan you can expect to see increased engagement, faster coaching processes, and more time spent on quality coaching conversations. All the while, Twine helps you stay perfectly in tune with patient changes in your patient's Notes tab:
When will patients see these new features?
We will be rollling out these features to patients over the next few days. Some patients may recieve them earlier than others. We expect all patients to see this new functionality the week of March 13th.
